TERMS & CONDITION
If we could give customer the answer of booking confirmation and the agreement on our offer, we would ask customer to make the payment, minimum 30% of total package price / booking. We would not ask you to pay if you do not get the real answer of available package.

Full payment should be done 14 days before deadline. If we do not receive the full payment, Bulanmadu.com will cancel the booking and customer will lose the down payment. However, If customer cancel the booking more than 14 days before departure, customer should write up to us, and pay for the administration fee : Rp 500.000,- / booking .

If you cancel the booking less than 14 days before departure, we give you some rules :

    14 days or less : lose pay down

    07 days or less : Pay 50% from Package Price

    03 days or less : Pay 90% from Package Price

There is no any back payment or refund for usefulness flight ticket and untaken tour or cancel accommodation for a half or full.
For people who taking abroad package, they should have the validity international passport minimum 6 months from departure and visa for trip.

THOSE RULES ABOVE NOT VALID ON HIGH SEASON
For instance, at the end of the year and School Vacation (June/ July). We will give some clues which is depend on our supplier (Hotel / Airline / Operator Tour)

For the Honey Mooners who are taking the abroad package are suggested to write down their full names correctly according to the passport.

All the prices on this website could change without any report before.
